Shipping

Free shipping by UPS Mail Innovations and optional USPS Priority shipping for domestic orders. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship you will be emailed a tracking number, which can be tracked via the UPS mail innovations website here. New orders are typically packed and ready to ship within 48 hours of ordering. Once shipped your order will take approximately 1-7 days to be delivered. International deliveries take around 1-2 weeks for delivery but may be subject to delays by customs. Once an order has shipped GO! takes no responsibility in the event the package is damaged, lost or stolen.

International Shipping

All international orders will be processed through International Checkout. In order to check out you must click the International Checkout button on the view cart page. Using this service allows us to guarantee your shipments as well as save our international customers on shipping costs.

Important information regarding shipping with International Checkout: It is common place in our industry to process international orders with a delivery address in the United States. International Checkout will process these orders on your behalf as the customer is still utilizing an international form of payment and international shipping address.

Electronic Cigarettes guarantees each component and accessory for our electronic cigarette (except the cartomizer/eliquids) is fully warranted for 90 Days from the original date of purchase for replacement and exchange of the defective part or accessory. This warranty is also for any and all existing customers who can prove they have purchased from us. If proof cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse any exchange. GO! Electronic Cigarettes will, at its discretion, replace any defective part with a brand new replacement that is identical or better. Exclusions to this warranty shall not apply to defects resulting from loss of product, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification. This 90 Days warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law. The 90 Days warranty as stated above can be changed or revoked at any time by GO! Electronic Cigarettes for any circumstance that creates the change a necessity. GO! Electronic Cigarettes reserves the right to null and void the 90 Days warranty for whatever reason and at any time. 

PLEASE NOTE: E-LIQUIDS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THE 90 DAYS WARRANTY. 

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

GO! Electronic Cigarettes offers a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on any Electronic Cigarette Kit. There are no refunds on any used or unused Cartomizers/E-Liquids. We cannot accept them back on any condition due to health code regulations. The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee can be extended if GO! Electronic Cigarettes decides to do so for a unique reason. Exclusions to this guarantee shall not apply to defects resulting from loss of product, misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification during the 30 Day Trial Period. Any returns must be in the original new like condition as when it was first sent out to customer. Money-Back guarantee fulfillments are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping is not reimbursed.

For all transactions occurring in the U.S., any implied warranty of condition of merchant ability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries/regions do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incident or consequential damages for consumer products. In such states, or countries/regions, some exclusions or limitations of this One Year Warranty may not apply to the purchaser.

We will try our best to get your electronic cigarette replacement product back to you as soon as possible. In order to do this, we request your full cooperation with respect to the warranty claim instructions below. Please adhere strictly to the following instructions:

STEP 1

Contact us via email at the following address; support@goelectroniccigarette.com to determine if the component is defective or being used improperly by the user. If determined that you need to return the product, then proceed to STEP 2.

Do not return a part to us without first contacting us. Do Not return any Disposable Atomized Refills. These cannot and will not be exchanged.

STEP 2

Once the component has been determined to be defective, please pack the item securely in a box or padded envelope and mail to:

Please enclose the following: a) name, address, contact telephone, b) email address, c) defective part or parts. DO NOT SEND ANY USED OR UNUSED DISPOSABLE ATOMIZED REFILLS BACK TO US.  
Once the defective part has arrived to our warehouse, we ask that you allow 3 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We will do our best to get out the electronic cigarette replacement parts as soon as possible. 


NO Returns and NO Refunds are offered, only exchanges as stated above.
